This upper east side apartment was a full gut renovation for a repeat client.  Every detail from the moulding to the wainscoat to the custom doors and custom millwork were all coordinated to match creating a seamless flow from room to room.

This raw space was converted into a residential loft with minimalistic aesthetic. There was great emphasis on industrial materials such as epoxy resins and glass in this project. It was featured on the cover of New York Magazine's April 28th, 2003 issue of 'The New City Kitchen'.

This project was a complete gut renovation and combination of 2 apartments to create a modern minimalist family apartment. The floor plan was reconfigured to maximize the natural lighting from the windows this corner unit has. Book-matched Anigre millwork panels conceal spacious storage through-out the main living quarters as well as the kitchen. The kitchen and pantry is comprised of all custom cabinetry made out of book-matched Anigre wood and stainless steel cabinets.

This West Village apartment had typical condo finishes. With a modest budget and strict schedule we moved some walls to create a hidden room for the owners’ two sons and added molding, arched doorways, wainscot and window seats to give this routine looking apartment a traditional feel.
